Welcome to EdDe’s Bakehouse! Baking has been my lifelong passion — though full disclosure: I rarely follow recipes to the letter. I’m constantly asking, “What if I add this? What if I swap that?” For me, baking is an experiment, a creative adventure whose greatest rewards are the smiles and flavors that emerge.

What began as weekly cheesecakes for my grandmother has blossomed into a devoted craft: unique, thoughtfully composed baked goods made with care and heart.
