Welcome to EdDe’s Bakehouse! I’ve had a love for baking for as long as I can remember—but I’ll let you in on a secret: I cannot follow a recipe to save my life. Instead, I’m always asking myself, “What if I add this? What if I swap that?” Baking, for me, is an adventure of curiosity and creativity, and the joy is in seeing (and tasting!) the end result.
